Mitsubishi Electric offers an extended warranty for robots purchased and installed in North America.  The standard 24 month warranty can be extended to an Onsite 36 month warranty by just registering the robot on the website.  “I’ve never seen a warranty like this before on any industrial product”  says Todd King, Mitsubishi Electric Business Development Manager at Allied Automation.  “This brings piece of mind to our customers in Ohio and Indiana who don’t have trained robot repair staff.”

All the robots from the RH-CH SCARA to the largest 6 axis can have this warranty.  It’s FREE by registering the robot online.
