Allied Automation Control Cabinet Modification Center

Let the automation expertise of our Modification Center assist in streamlining your manufacturing process.

Allied Automation’s Modification Center Provides:

  • increased inventory levels
  • reduced shipping times
  • shifting liability related to enclosure modification errors

Modifying by hand is a way of the past!

Calculating the extra time it takes your employees to do these tasks, the inconsistencies from enclosure to enclosure, and the potential for damaged product all adds up to lost profits from every job you do.

Your path to business profitability can be compromised by modifying enclosures by hand during the build process. By utilizing our modification centers, you can put that lost revenue right back into your business.

Our expansive warehouse and Control Cabinet Modification Center are changing the game in custom enclosure modification.

Our engineering team can quickly convert your RICS and CAD drawings directly into our cutting machine for a faster turnaround. And our expansive supply of Rittal enclosures and automated modification machinery speed up modifications and help ship your custom enclosures quicker. With our machine, the drilling, tapping, and milling of enclosures are completely automated in a single cycle. Holes, threads and cutouts can be created on surfaces of an enclosure, such as mounting plates, doors, sidewalls, and enclosure housing. All standard materials used in enclosure manufacturing can be machined, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, various plastics, fiberglass, and copper.

Our highly-trained team can assemble all accessories offered by Rittal based on your required configuration. We can also help complete your customized solution by integrating additional doors and mounting panels or suite enclosures together. And our staff can support you with an extensive local supply of Rittal products.

Secure Your Competitive Advantage for Industry 4.0

As data flows through the machinery of Industry 4.0, it’s vital for manufacturers to have more control of the supply chain’s inventory and delivery processes. And it’s equally important to have a compatible supply chain partner, who can source that information to their customers. By combining our capacity as the world’s largest enclosure manufacturer and leader in modification machine engineering, Rittal is positioned to accelerate your growth, now, and in the future.

Our complete catalog of Rittal products, combined with our integrated, datadriven workflow, and automated modification process drives the supply chain of the future for you. By making the most of our engineering expertise and the automation know-how of Rittal, we are able to manage the seamless, digital workflow of the quotation, virtual prototype and modification process. This delivers the efficiency needed to meet your supply needs.
at the speed of Industry 4.0.
