Two days before the Memorial Day Weekend, at the end of the day, the Indianapolis Zoo called Allied looking for a pneumatic valve with solenoid coil that their roller coaster needs to operate.  Without this part the coaster was going to be broken down for one of their busiest weekends of the year. Our Customer Service team spent significant time over the next two days working with Festo to get the pneumatic valve with solenoid coil confirmed, pulled, and forwarded next day air in time for the zoo’s engineers to make a repair and get it up and running for all the visitors!
