Integrated control Digital actuation makes commissioning easy – with no need for external controllers. Direct position sensing with the T-slot on the gripping head indicates whether the gripping motion is correct. The latched switch with four gripping force adjustment settings makes EHPS powerful and adaptable for sensitive workpieces.
Reliable operation In the event of a power failure, EHPS holds the workpiece through automatic locking of the gear unit while the free wheel unit prevents jamming. The gripper is actuated via two open/close PINs and just one signal;uncontrolled movement is prevented.
Small and powerful In the EHPS, compact dimensions without interference contours and protruding plugs are combined with a highly dynamic motor for high forces and a strong dynamic response. The acceleration distance for maximum force is just 0.5 mm.
